If you have unlimited time, no job, and love your child missing school- then this is the place for you! The Massillon office is completely unbending about appointment times and they expect your child to habitually miss school. For parents who work full time, you need to lean on others to take them to their appointments. The women behind the desk get very nasty if you are a couple minutes late for appointments and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them if you need to reschedule. In the 6 years my boys have been going there, they have always been rude. They are obviously completely disconnected from their clientele. It's hard balancing your own work schedule, the schedule of busy teens, and trying to find someone to take them to their appointments! They could care less. This is the first time I've ever left a review online, and it breaks my heart to leave this review because Mellion Orthodontics is an institution. My brother and I both went there for our braces in the early 90's. I've always loved them. But, lately it seems their attitude is very elitist and they are not willing to work with you. My son got his braces off this month and obviously my parents had to

All of the staff at Mellion Orthodontist are wonderful. Debbie was extremely informative and patient answering all of our questions. Dr. Nate was wonderful as well. They were able to accommodate my difficult schedule with all of our appointments. The office was clean and very welcoming. They also spoke to my son (the patient) rather than directing the information to me which I found very nice. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at Mellion is really top shelf. The way the staff makes the children feel comfortable throughout every step of the process is very admirable. The Dr's always make it a point to say hello as well. It is refreshing to know that you are going to be treated first class when you enter the front doors. As you know, the financial aspect of braces is a lot for a family, and Debbie does a wonderful job in making sure all the opportunities are explored and the proper channel is selected that helps finance this ordeal. Thank you to the entire staff at Mellion for making this process as easy and comfortable for my son as possible. You are all wonderful, friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Have a great day, on behalf of John and I!Each and every time I have taken John for his recent appointments, everyone is so nice and helpful. Having your staff take the time to completely involve and explain the process to John has been beneficial. It makes the child feel really good and also is very informational for them to understand all that is going to take place. Thank you for being such nice people with a great smile that greets us.
